Summary07607: Double Array of Radio Buttons
Description

There is no way to install a selection array where multiple radio buttons are selected both in the row and in the column.

The closest work around is Array (numbers) which allow only for no answer or a ranking system of 1 to 10.

Say I run 4 types of musical events and want to survey music lovers to identify which event they would attend if it was scheduled for each day of the week.
M, T, W, Th, F, Sa, Su
Hard Rock
Classical
Punk
World
Eclectic

Participants would have to select both the days of the week they are most likely to attend such an event, and which types of music they would be interested in attending. That is: multiple selections possible in both rows and columns.
