Summary | 07587: User-adjustable defaults for large multiple choice surveys
Description | Several of my recent surveys have included large numbers (over 300) of items in a single multiple-choice question. Depending on the users experiences, some respondents would prefer to begin the survey with all items checked and merely un-check those that apply; whereas other respondents would prefer to begin with all items un-checked and only checking those that apply. Although I can design the survey with either default condition, I naturally get complaints from the opposite group.
Additional Information | A possible solution: <Select All> and <Clear All> buttons for multiple choice questions Thanks in advance your your consideration, -larry
