Most likely one of your tables was accidentally renamed by the referenced bug. Update first to the latest version, then please use a database tool to rename the table to the original name, again. |

Thanks for the reply. Sorry about my ignorance. I guess I can find a way of renaming (after backup) but which table do I rename to what? Addition: For test sake I also created a new survey (after upgrading per your advice to build 121213) and that doesn't show up either when clicking the house icon. Thanks, |

They should be name like lime_old_survey_12345_12345693295 |
