Summary20751: Unclear error message when re-using existing survey alias
Description

When you set a survey alias and then use that same alias for a different survey, there is an unclear error message

Steps To Reproduce

Create 2 surveys and in the presentation menu, try giving both of them the same aliase)

Expected result

This fails with a clear message of what's wrong (something like "Alias is already used for a different survey")

Actual result

2 generic errors, none of which are helpful in explaining what the problem is.

1 generic message in english
"Sorry, we encountered an issue while saving the changes. Please try refreshing the page!"

1 weird message in dutch (my language setting):
"Taalinstellingen opslaan voor enquête-ID 926987 en taal-"nl-informal" is mislukt"
This says something about languagesettings, but i don't understand what language settings have to do with this. Note that it literally says "taal-"nl-informal"" as escaped HTML. It does not render quotes.
