Summary20501: Cannot access token attributes in imported survey
Description

Importing a survey with token attributes set, these are not visible adding participants from csv file.
We use an attribute to determine duplicates but this is not available.
Token attributes are neither available when creating the first participant or dummy participants; in this case you have to first create a participant and then add the attributes.

Expected result

In "Duplicates are determined by" you can see and select token attributes

Actual result

Token attributes are not available
