Description

If user have only read permission on survey content : cannot read question

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Create a simple user
Give all read permission on a survey (with content)
Log in as this user.
Check survey structire
Click to group : OK
Click to question :

Expected result

  1. See the question summary
  2. Can see complete question form without Save button
  3. Try to save must show a 403 error and not a redirect to home

Actual result

See a no access and return to home
