Description

When user didn't have save permission on survey text : it's unclear

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Create a simple user.
Give read permission (all parts) on a survey.
Login as this user.
Go to text edit : button is here
Save :

Expected result

See a clean "No permission error" + see save button as disbale (or no save button)
