Summary20332: inline css in question text ... issues with correct removing
Description

When you have css in the question text field, this inline css is not removed correctly, when the question text is used to create the breadcrumb path on top of the page or when questiontext is part of the content returned, when using the RemoteControl API. f.e export_statistics, list_questions
The style tag itself is removed, but not the css content in between.
By the way, the script tag is removed correct with its content.

You will see only the question text

You will see the inline css in the breadcrumb together with the question text

Same behaviour when using RemoteControl API and working with the question text
