Summary20328: Active survey count is not updated when deleting surveys using the survey listing mass action
Description

Admin navbar displays a count of active surveys, but this count is not updated when changes are made using the survey listing's mass action.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Create a survey
Activate it (note the count of active surveys displayed in the navbar)
Delete the survey from the survey listing mass action

Expected result

Count of active surveys is updated immediately

Actual result

Count of active surveys is not updated and requires a page reload to update it
