Summary20251: Access to participant attributes editor now needs to have at least one participant
Description

Hi,

Since a recent patch (i don't know which), it is not possible to access directly to the participant attributes editor. To access to this functionality, we now have to create manually at least a participant.

It is probrematic because we often need to access to the participant attributes editor before importing a list of participants from a csv file, with personalized attributes ...

With the recent version of limesurvey, we have to :

  • create manually a participant
  • access to the participant attributes editor
  • create the personalized attributes (attribute_1, attribute_2 ...)
  • delete the manually created participant
  • import the participants from a csv file ...

Before, we used to create first the personalized attributes and then import the participants from a CSV file ...

Steps To Reproduce
  • Create a new survey
  • Go to participant menu
  • There is no 'attributes management button'
  • Create manually a participant
  • Go to participant menu
  • The 'attributes management button' is now visible
  • It is now possible to create one or several personalized attributes ... before importing a list of participant from a CSV file
