Summary20216: Survey Administration, question sorting is failing WCAG2 criterion 2.1.1 keyboard
Description

While editing a survey inside administration back-office, you have choice to manage structure of groups and questions inside "Structure" pane of the form.
Elements should be operable without a mouse, by a keyboard also. Actually, only mouse works.

The same happens in regular settings pane, in "questions overview" page, in sortable tab. Elements are only draggable. An alert message claims how to use the feature.

  1. install latest 6.15.x
  2. create a survey
  3. edit survey
  4. click "structure" pane

Expected result

as impaired user or superuser, i want to be able to operate structure by only using a keyboard

Elements inside structure pane should have two operable and accessible buttons for moving the object upper or lower in the list. Either for groups or questions.

Actual result

Elements are only operable by mouse.

@DenisChenu, since you are the WCAG expert, do you know if there are any plans for a WCAG optimized admin interface?

I think we should focus on survey taking first, but maybe for Limesurvey 7.x also create a collection of admin interface WCAG issues?!

I didn't like to touch of admin part since years now ! All is done without discussion.
