In Array (numbers) questions, "sub-question" is reported twice for both the x-axis and the y-axis.

As @DenisChenu already said, I don't see a bug here. It would help me if you could elaborate with a bit more words what do you think is a bug and what do you expect should be the correct behaviour.

I think this is correct.

Look at this example:
X-axis: very, moderately, a little bit
Y-axis: warm, cold

Question: How would you rate the room temperature?
Both X and Y form a subquestion together. For example:
a) Is the room temperature moderately warm?
b) Is the room temperature a little bit cold? ...

Definitely not a bug.
