Summary	20192: Responses not anonymized when activating survey displaying Participant settings
Description	If you activate a survey when in "Participant settings", the toggle "Anonymized responses" in the "Activate survey" modal does not work. It switches the option in the "main page" but the actual result is that in the end responses are not anonymized.
Steps To Reproduce	Steps to reproduce Create a new survey with the + button Go to Participant settings Activate the survey Select On in Anonymized responses Selecting open or closed access mode doesn't seem to make a difference Expected result In survey Overview you see responses are anonymized Actual result In survey Overview you see responses are NOT anonymized
