Summary19981: Missing Dashboard boxes/tiles after security patch limesurvey6.10.0
Description

After security patch limesurvey6.10.0, the dashboard only appears as a column of icons at the left of the screen,
but no tiles in the mid of the window.
And now the description of the defined boxes are never seen for the users in LimeSurvey.
In dashboard Setting Box are replaced by Button without the option to display the title, while the main Button still "CREATE BOX"
