Summary19974: Changing the admin theme
Description

Currently, the only way to modify the admin theme is to do it outside of LimeSurvey, then copy the modified theme into the upload/admintheme directory.

It would be more comfortable (especially if you can't access the server directly) to be able to make changes, like for questionnaire themes.

And having several admin theme templates would be a plus.
