I don't think the issue could be DB related.
Best would be to get an LSS

Can you please provide more precise instructions on how to reproduce? Preferably in a step-by-step manner, like 1) Go to question x; 2) Click button y; 3) Expected z but saw v. Thank you very much.

And we have 3 different issues here.

So to update:

1.After Cache Assets cleared - no longer seeing th JS Errors. I did a rollback, and reapplied the Comfort update again today - And did not receive the error again.
2 & 3 still a problem. But Exclusive option works in Question Preview, but not when Previewing the Survey in its entirety. - Attache an image showing it works and the Lss I was using.

Update: I have reapplied the upgrade, I have just created a new survey and launched it. - Has very similar elements to the last one.
Only difference is this one works without issue - very strange.

I have gone back to the one that was problematic, and it is still an issue - so this must be related to the LSS itself rather than a System wide issue.
