Summary19783: add context menu for selected participants on top
Description

Hi,

I am sending large quantitites of emails via Limesurvey. When I mark all participants I need to scroll to the bottom of the page (which -- depending on the number of participants -- can take a while) to find the context menu to manipulate the selected participants. I would appreciate a menu at the top, too (see screenshot).
