When attempting to grant permissions to the User Group from the 'Survey permissions' menu, the screen becomes a simple HTML page with no styles applied, as shown in the attached image.

Additionally, unlike the individual permissions settings screen, checking 'General' does not automatically check other items.

Relatedly, I would like a button that allows all permissions to be granted at once, as in the previous version.
