Summary19541: We can't creat by import or copy an other Survey
Description

Hi

When we use "Import" ou "Copy" to create a new Survey, we have an error message :

500 : Erreur interne au serveur XMLWriter::startElement(): Argument #2 must be a valid element name, "@attributes" given

It was tested with version 6.4.0 and 6.5.4. It's the same message on version 6.4.0 and 6.5.4 (i done the upgrade today)

More information : serveur with PHP8 et debian bookworm (v12 stable). @DenisChenu told me that go back to php7.4 is a solution to make survey copy (a private ticket on this subject say that). But, i can't rollback to php7.4. Can you fixe this for php8 please ?

In a PDF file, the ValueError when i make a copy. It's the same when a import is done. No anomalie with a external survey import. Bug when import a local survey to.
