Description

When trying to create a new topic or answer a topic the editor is not visible.
This happens in all my browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) and all my devices (Desktop, Laptop, Smartphone)
And this error message appears:
Rendering Error in layout Topic/Edit: Class "Joomla\CMS\Input" not found. Please enable debug mode for more information.

"Quick reply" works

I see the full editor

I see only an empty area

Interesting that you have that issue in all browsers. I still not sure what happens, but the browser console in Firefox show an issue with the CKEditor JS.

It work for me today : maybe a cache issue ?

The issue seems to come and go.
With cache you mean browser cache? Cannot rule out.
Perhaps the Joomla serverside cache is mixing things up.

Currently I can open a new topic without CKEditor errors in the browser console.
Let's see if that is a stable behavior.
