Summary	19307: Ability to show password before login
Description	When log in to Limesurvey admin : there are no way to show password (except if you use edge) But UX advice is to allow user to show password.
Steps To Reproduce	Steps to reproduce Use chrom and firefox : go to admin page Expected result have a way to show paswrod Actual result No way to show password
