Summary19064: No way to install plugin if make an error in config.xml and fix it
Description

When make an error in config.xml with debug=2 : error shown in scan files.
Fixing the config.xml : error are not fixed, because plugin are not installed
Need to update manually DB

Create a simple plugin and put an error in config.xml : <version>0.1.0/version> oups …
Scan files : see the error
Fix config.xml
Scan files :

Expected result

Error fixed : can load without go to the DB

Actual result

Error still shown Load error. Please contact the plugin author.

Surely same for all other error : no way to reset error
