Summary19022: de-easy translation does not use standard -simple variant tag
Description

https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/commit/507a3d6edd667d93ec3d093d8ba3bd5f83354335 added a new translation: de-easy ("leichte Sprache").

-easy is not a standard subtag. As a consequence, it needs to be stripped when using the language tag in HTML (see https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/051c31913fbb0620e727f108bdccb83add938385/application/views/admin/super/header.php#L8).

However, the language subtag registry contains an official subtag for this which should be used instead: -simple.

Steps To Reproduce
  • the language tag should be de-simple instead of de-easy
  • the lang attribute on the <html> element should be de-simple instead of de
