Summary19014: CPDB only allows to show 100 entries at a time, not 10.000
Description

In a single survey's participant database it is possible to show up to 10.000 entries at a time – might take a moment, of course, but works. In the central participant database that limit is 100 – which, when working with larger surveys, renders the CPDB useless.

Use drop-down in CPDB to show more than 10 entries.

Expected result

Have the option to display 10.000 entries.

Actual result

Have the option to display 100 entries at most.
