Summary18944: Survey Settings > Theme Options > Advanced options: file upload broken
Description

The tab "Advanced options" on page "Survey Settings > Theme Options" (only visible in debug mode) has a file upload input which is broken.

The server side error is "The CSRF token could not be verified".

Additional Information

From what I can see the form is being submitted via ajax but does not include the CSRF token.
