Summary18807: no way to really update via plugins and no bareboneurl in =user create email

When working on https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=18805

I see some issue

  1. there are some part to be removed (not used)
  2. can not use %%LOGINURL%%
  3. Can not use expression manager on replacement (if(USERNAME == "bla" …)
  4. Plugin can not use replacement (there are non)

Add : «copy paste this link in your browser if it don't work %%LOGINURL%%»

Expected result

%%LOGINURL%% is replaced by the login url with HTML part (https://manual.limesurvey.org/Email_templates#Barebone_URL)

Actual result

%%LIGINURL%% not replaced

Else : i don't have pugin to replace this currently. But part disable plugin action.
