Summary18611: Email Attachments missing files / inconsistency are not warned and removed.
Description

If email attachments are missing, the situation is not warned on the email attchments screen.
Identified while reviewing 18557

Then when going through the email templates, if saving, themissing-files- attachments are deleted, again, without notice.

Steps To Reproduce

1- Add an email attachment
2- Remove the email attachet from the resource manager
3 - Go to the email templates.
4 - Update the email body.
Don't update attachment

Expected:

  • Warning when entering the email templates screen (step 3)
  • Warning when saving with inconsistent attachments, before removing them (step 4)
