without “Delete“ permission, after selecting the uninstall, there is no content in the modal.
in my opinion, the “uninstall“ option should not be shown or display error content in the modal

Steps to reproduce

  1. create a user
  2. assign all permissions except for "delete" permission
  3. select theme, and open dropdown in the selected themes(s)...
  4. click remove

    Expected result

    "error" is shown in the modal

Actual result

nothing is shown in the modal
