Summary18147: Bad validation system in question editor
Description

When editing question :

  1. there are only title validation done
  2. (worst) : it's validated only when click on button or blur out :

Create survey
Create question
Enter AA in code
Create another question
Enter AA in code
Use "Enter key"

Expected result

Shown the validation about "Question codes must be unique" and don't save

Actual result

Question edition close and see "Update failed, could not save. ERRORS:
Question codes must be unique."
Nothing is saved
