Some question theme have a lot of css, i don't find how to get this css via SurveyTheme

I think https://github.com/tpartner/LimeSurvey-Card-Sorting-5.x/blob/a0a9bf79c40f2280829f574af466856cebf0eb0c/Card-Sort/survey/questions/answer/multipleshorttext/config.xml#L38

must get the file from survey theme and if not exist the default one from Quetsion theme

twig file can already be updated via Survey theme, just lack of css.
