Summary	17834: When editing the assessment message, the previously inputted text disappears
Description	Edits to a previously entered assemment message disappear when editing the text. The editor is empty. When switching the editor mode at the user settings and using e.g. popup mode, the text does NOT disappear.
Steps To Reproduce	Steps to reproduce Create a survey and enable the assessment feature. Create a new assessment and enter an assessment message at the editor window. Afterwards, edit that asssessment -> The assessment text disappears. Expected result Load text to edit edit. Actual result Text is not there anymore.
