Summary	17537: "Anonymized responses" setting is off by default and does not inherit global survey options
Description	The option "Participant Settings" -> "Anonymized responses" in a survey has "Off" as the default value when creating a new survey. The available Values are "On", "Off" and "Inherit". This option can also be set in Global Survey Settings. However since this option is "Off" by default in new surveys setting this in the Global Survey Settings does have no effect. It would be better to default this to "Inherit".
Steps To Reproduce	Open global survey settings Go to Configuration -> Global Survey -> Participant Settings Set Anonymized responses to "On" Create a new survey In this survey go to Settings -> Participant settings See that Anonymized responses is set to "Off"

galads 2021-08-24 15:20 reporter ~66111	Thank you for reporting this issue. Anonymous survey setting is not inherited from the global survey settings. It is supposed to inherit by default.
