Description

It would be great if there would be a possibility to change the URL of a survey.

So, in stead of:

https://research.respondage.eu/index.php/963356?newtest=Y&lang=nl-informal

to have the possibility to rename this to:

https://research.respondage.eu/rosling_quiz

Additional Information

And additionally: to generate automatically a QR-code that can be downloaded and used for invitations on paper.
