Summary17215: Same theme option for all theme
Description

There are theme option allowd by different theme.

For example : brandlogofile set in vanilla can be used in fruity

It can be great to allow using same theme option for all theme if option name rae same.

From personal experience: it seems to me that this logic is the best. The number of times I have to put back all the options of the topics for the same questionaire.

Additional Information

In general theme option save as survey logic are related to survey not theme.
