Why it's an issue ?

It can be very interesting to have participant without email , i use it a lot !

At least Manage attribute fields says that email is a mandatory field and you can not change that setting. At minimun that should be changed then.

But why ?

You have a settings when import to allow empty and invalid.

Then what is the meaning of the setting?

(Btw, I noticed this when I just clicked Save and accidentally created a participant missing all first name, last name and email.)

Fixed the column title, reorder the columns.
