Summary	16887: Possible white page (even with debug) when adding a question
Description	There a possibl'e white page when use ENTER on create question
Steps To Reproduce	See screencast : use same code, and [enter] directly The url is admin/questions/sa/view&surveyid=883654&gid=113&qid= Use same url on another tab: white page too .
Additional Information	There are 2 issue here : JS issue : no control when use [enter] : minor PHP issue : control is done, but redirect is bad : when there are issue : must come back to create (with previous data still there) PHP control issue questions/sa/view didn't check if qid is here but is empty … `if (!empty($params['iQuestionId'])) {` mus be `!is_null` i think ?) : https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/cc8ed26d9429ad8554f22146f62409b1b4647a67/application/core/Survey_Common_Action.php#L148 Maybe more to develop 4.X.0 : i check when i foubnd time and report if needed
