Summary16712: Some plugin appear twice : old are not deleted
Description

Core plugins appear twice : user + core

Steps To Reproduce

Unsure , but i have a master vanilla without any personnal plugins and without any hack.

I update it sometimes, rarely, to check if one of mys plugibns broke something.
I update this morning , and i see all core plugins show twice.
Looking at DB : one user + one core.

  1. We can activate both
  2. User didn't exist on directory, but seems can be activated …

@ollehar we start with plugin to core since beginning ? Sorry for no way to reproduce : i update it when needed not a lot …

I see another issue here : real plugin existence are not checked when we goes to Plugin manager
there are no clean separatuion between each plugin type.

Maybe need to use name as key ? Show only the last one ? Or disallow boit.

In this case :

  1. core are readed 1st : can be replaced or not
  2. user : sice can be update donly by FTP : seems the ast one to be readed and allowed ? (the a hacker can replace core plugins more easily)
  3. upload.
