| Summary | 16681: Arrays of type Dual Matrix (1) do not show participant's responses on (soft) mandatory or when "go back" is enabled | ||||
| Description | The dual matrix does not show any entered (partial or full) responses when reloaded due to the soft mandatary behaviour (i.e. popup alert) or due to a go back navigation or return to the assessment. A found workaround (from the forums) of disabling globally the "no answer" option doesn't work. The problem is persistent from the prior 4.3.x version and is not dependent from the chosen design. | ||||
