Description

Hello, I am trying to upload files using the File Upload input type. But When I upload a file. This Happens.

Steps To Reproduce

Try and upload a file using upload input button

Upon further digging, I have been able to find the problem stems from JSON parsing of the 'response' variable inside uploadquestion.js file line 963 according to the image. I hope this is helpful.

@yahyak Please apply this patch and check :https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/pull/1552
and also try clearing cache after applying the patch.
