Summary16515: Store Data-Policy content with questionnaire-answers
Description

Because we always improve the Data-Policy, so different time different user might see different Data-Policy version.
When we review the answer record of a survey, we want to know the questionnaire content which user agree that.
So I hope we can have the Data-Policy version managing function or store the Data-Policy content with the answer-record.

And, is it possible to store the question to the answer-record too?
