Description

I just tried to update my shamingly old 4.x installation to the latest for testing purposes. This is a local test environment running on XAMPP.

During the update process I received the following error message:

Just did a test. I can't even login into my LS4 on XAMPP anymore. I can't get to the login screen, even with http://localhost/ls4/index.php?r=admin or http://localhost/ls4/admin

So I can't really confirm. Probably will need to do a fresh install.
