Summary16191: The ability to see when the survey was filled
Description

Don't know if to put this in data entry/statistics/survey taking or other...
Letting the admin see and/show users the time the survey was filled.
The admin could choose if to make the survey less Anonymize and show full time [Sec:Min:Hour:dd:mm:yy]
Or choose which info to show[x:x:x:dd:mm:yy] depending on what the admin chose to hide.
(Without the need to create a survey participants table)
