Summary16063: No warning if saving an already existing label sets.
Description

I had 1 label set of countries but they were not ordered by country name.
I've reordered it in Excel and inserted it to my answers.
Then tried to save it as a label set.
It said it saved it and I didn't see it in the saved list.
I didn't get a warning and/or an option to override the label set (I know there's an option for "Don't import if label set already exists").

I have no clue what is happening here :(
I saw the label set didn't have all the countries I've copied there, so I've deleted it.
Then created a new label set and "quick add" it there.
It didn't add it.

This should already be fixed in recent versions.
Can you please check if this issue still exists in the latest version of LimeSurvey and let us know?
