Summary15607: No warning about empty input field when left empty
Description

When the condition is edited without input in the answer field.
Update button clicked.
It redirects to a 500 internal server error page instead of a warning page (saying answer field cannot be left empty).

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a condition
  2. Edit the condition and leave the answer field empty (clear)
  3. update condition button
