Summary15436: Question settings help icons could be more accessible.
Description

The help icons in the question settings should have an indication that they are clickable - a hover effect of some sort.
In my opinion, they should also be larger - currently one must have the mouse exactly on the question mark ti click it.

PS :

In 3.X : hover : you see help , you can click on it to get whole and read
In 4.0-RC1: No way to see it with only hover …

Why remove this feature ?

Perhaps it can be reimplemented now with the revert :) . Will propose it in the team for 4.5

  1. with btn class : it's more clear there are action in it, but see pull request discussion (Tammo prefer current solution)
  2. help MUST be always before input (a11y)
  3. there are usage of aria in 3.X , it's far of perfect but please don't remove a11y issue
  4. The new way to show the help is particularly awfull (screencast)

About 1 and the way it shown in 3.X : there are discussion with Tammo : https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/pull/1014 about the button and way to show it.

It is particularly annoying that even what is discussed is deleted without discussion.
