Summary15332: Can't use dbengine MyISAM when installing from CLI
Description

Title.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Drop database limesurvey
  2. Run $ DBENGINE=MYISAM php application/commands/console.php install admin password TravisLS no@email.com verbose
  3. Use database limesurvey, inspect tables
  4. Tables use InnoDB, not MyISAM
  5. Booo
