Summary15136: Option to add one (or two) checkboxes to a text question
Description

This is a common question design for research. You present a long free text box but then have a checkbox underneath for don't know / no answer.
At present this is possible by creating 2 questions (long free-text then multiple response) and then merging them, however this way you can't set it as mandatory (they either have to type in text or choose the text box).
