Summary14950: Another directory for plugins
Description

With current version you can have one LimeSurvey core code for a lot of installation with some hacking

  1. Do the config according to some url or $_ENV
  2. Set upload dir + temp dir (+ runtime dir) on a specific dir

The only part that can‘t be different for each instance is plugins.
And in fact : we already have core plugins in /plugins directory

Additional Information

I'm unsure of the good solution

  1. Just remove whole core plugins for /plugin to core/plugins and check plugin in plugins only if this directory exist (or use gitkeep)
  2. Add $config['pluginsdirectory']= ['plugins'] (as array)
  3. Another solution
