Summary14919: Allow to keep response id when reload old table
Description

When import old database : id was resetted, but it can be a bad behaviour if using API (or plugins … questionExtraSurvey for example)

Additional Information

VV import allow it, then why not DB import

I fix questionExtraSurvey because i need it for 3.X …
