Summary14758: Question type file upload in surveys does not work in Internet Explorer 11
Description

In IE 1, f you open the file upload modal in the LimeSurvey frontend, you cannot select files to upload, nor can you close the modal with the X or the "Save Changes" button.
You can only reload the complete page then , thus I have classified the error as a "crash".
The following error message appears in the IE 11 JS console (see screenshot):

SCRIPT438: The object does not support the "saveAndExit" property or method.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open IE 11
  2. Open a survey with a (multiple) file upload question
  3. Open the file upload modal
  4. You will not be able to close it anymore
Additional Information

I know that IE support for the LimeSurvey backend has been dropped, but the frontend should continue to work in IE 11, as many end users, especially in businesses, are still more or less tied to IE 11 and it will be officially man.
